Summer Closet Basics

In the Midwest the weather is usually a rollercoaster of different seasons, with a lot of teasers! But I’ve officially busted out my summer wardrobe, as I think the warm weather is here to stay!

I’m all about comfort, and as a mom of four, I’m usually dressing other before myself! Unless, I get myself out of bed before the kids.. but that’s a rare occasion. So, I try to keep my looks casual, simple, and easy.

I’m a hot mess mom, and I own it, but, I still like to feel a little put together. Therefore, I find basics, that are going to last more than one wash, because, lets face it, I’m wearing these few items on repeat. So… they have to wash well, no shrinking, and no stretching out.

With that all being said, here’s a look at my tried and approved list of summer basics!
