Always Dress Well…But Keep It Simple

Just a quick Monday blog today, the weekend killed me, and I got hit with a Spring cold(ugghhh) so just like the title I’m going to make it simple. I promised I would follow up when my husband got his Stitch Fix and it has arrived so I’m keeping my promise. And if you’re new to my blog check out my blog Welcome To The Beautiful World of Stitch Fix it should answer any questions you may have.

Let me give you a little insight on my husband, Rob, and his fashion sense; he owns about six to ten pieces of clothing , outside of his work clothes. He’s very simple, likes his t-shirts and jeans. I guess thats why we get along so well, we both like to live the comfy life. Anyway his favorite place to shop for clothes is probably Costco, which is totally fine because you can find some legit great things there, as I’m typing this I am wearing the coziest p.j.’s from there. So a few months back when he asked if I would set him up with a Stitch fix of his own I was pretty shocked, and I figured he would hate it, let me mention he’s pretty frugal as well. It came, he liked it, he got a great pair of shoes that he wore on our last vacation. Now he gets them every once in a while, below is what he received in his last fix, he actually really liked this fix and ended up keeping it all!!

  1. Captain Fin- Mickey Tee & Red Ale Sawyer Relaxed Fit Jeans – The shirt is so soft and the jeans were a great fit and they have a grey look to them.

2. Faherty- Bowen Henley

This shirt is also a nice soft shirt and the buttons give it a little more of a “dressy” tshirt look

3. Original Penguin – Daddy- O Solid Polo

I was excited for him to get this shirt, because its his favorite color and he’s always been a fan of Original Penguin

4. Flag&Anthem- Wooster Long Sleeve Shirt

This was my favorite shirt, I am such a sucker for plaid! I love that when you roll the sleeves there is a different print.

Another Stitch Fix win for our house! I’m extremely happy with stitch fix, and if you’re still on the fence about signing up do it!! And if you do it some pointers I might add, make sure you link your Pinterest style board to your stitch fix account so your stylist can see what your style is, sometimes it may take a couple tries to get a stylist that jives with you, and once you do find a stylist, don’t let them go!! Request them everytime, seriously I have a personal relationship with my stylist now!

Happy Monday!! Hope it’s fast and painless!!
