January Stitch Fix 2019
I can’t believe we leave for vacation in less than a week! And I procrastinated like you wouldn’t believe. Which is why I’m so grateful to have Stitch Fix.
We’re off to Disney. I plan on starting to pack for the kids tonight. And get an idea of what last-minute clothes, sandals, etc I need to go out and buy. But as for me, I left my vacation clothing to Stitch Fix. One less thing I have to worry about, can I get a hallelujah!
If you’ve never heard of Stitch Fix check out my May Stitch Fix which goes over all the details. But summing it up, it’s a service that will send you clothes to try on in the comfort of your home. You keep and pay for what you want and send back what you don’t in a prepaid postage package. It’s so simple and it’s been a game changer for me.
I knew I only needed a few things, but I haven’t been to Disney World in January before. So I wasn’t sure how the weather was going to be or what I should pack. When I scheduled my fix, I left my stylist a note stating that. And it was great because she did all the work for me. She picked out pieces I could layer if I needed to. She also got my packing anxiety under control, and I started brainstorming ideas in my own closet.
Emory Park – Blake Cross Front surplice tee
I really liked this tee, because it’s soft. Also I’m a real sucker for stripes. Plus I loved that it was a little different with the criss cross. Perfect to wear by itself or with a jean jacket.
Market & Spruce – Camila Boyfriend Denim Jacket
It was like my stylish read my mind, because I had no idea what I was packing except for a denim jacket. And I wanted a boyfriend fit! I did a happy dance when I saw this in my Fix. It was exactly what I was looking for, and I didn’t even have to go out and find one by myself!
Kut from the Kloth – Boylen Flap Pocket Button Down Shirt
Have you ever tried jeans from kut from the kloth?! They are super soft, and this shirt follows in suit. I also loved that it had snap buttons, so much easier! And also light enough for a chillier Florida day
1822 Denim – Beccy Skinny Jean
My first thought was I don’t need any more jeans, and then I tried them on. I never heard of 1822 Denim. And I fell in love immediately, love the vintage look, they’re soft and slimming. The cherry on the top, they’re so moderately priced and Nordstrom carries them as well.
Market & Spruce – Turner knit top
I think Market & Spruce might be one of my favorite brands. Love their styles and quality of clothing. And this black tee met all of my tee expectations.. plus I needed some new tees! I loved the fit of this tee. I find that sometimes you buy a tee and it just doesn’t lay right. This one was perfect!
I feel a little less anxious about packing and getting a family of six ready for vacation. Now that my suitcase is somewhat ready…
