I definitely love to decorate, but I love to decorate on a budget. There are some items I might spend a little extra money on but for the most part, I’m doing my decorating on a budget.

With that being said, there is no easy way to say this, but I have a serious obsession with Homegoods. I’m there at least once a week. I try to buy everything from there, gifts, home decor, blankets, dog treats, snacks. I’m always decorating something.. or changing decor out. Actually we just moved into our house last September and I’ve been slowly decorating space by space.

You can’t go into HomeGoods looking for a specific item, you have to go into the store with an open mind. My favorite part of Homegoods is when I find a good clearance item! That’s the best! It’s like Christmas morning!😉

So I was in there last week and I found this really cool vintage looking tool box, and it was on clearance from $25 down to $12. Winner winner chicken dinner… I refrained from saying that out loud, but it was what I was thinking! There are a few red stickers on it, which means it sat there for a few weeks without anyone noticing it (including me).

I took this bad boy home and decided I was going to put some greenery in it for summer. I figure I’ll change it out for the seasons!

I took a look at the hobby lobby sales paper, and saw that it was 50% off floral, double win!! I stopped in there and grabbed some greenery I liked, and also picked up some floral foam. Spending just a little over $20 dollars.

I had to cut my stems a little, but other than that, this project took me no longer than 5-10 minutes. Spaced them out and stuck the stem into the floral foam, I put the floral foam into the tool box before sticking them in.
