My First Shein order
I went out on a limb recently and decided to place an order on Shein. Have you heard of shein? It’s super cute and super cheap. Like too good to be true cute and cheap. So what’s the catch right?! Well the clothes are from over seas, where items can be low quality and sizing is really tricky!
With my vacation approaching I thought, what the heck, I’ll try it out and see what happens. They offer free shipping when you spend over a certain dollar amount and you can get a coupon code for your first order! So I bought a few items, I spent about $35 and got 5 pieces of clothing.
Up first this Palm Dress. The quality was great, I ordered a Large ( I’m usually a m/l) girl. Could it be more perfect for vacation! It cost me $12 before used my coupon!
I have a Top like this in white from free people that I love and it’s sold out everywhere. This one is pretty close to it, it’s a little thinner material, but I loved how it fits, and it cost me around $6, I sized down in this top
How fun are these Shorts!? They were $5 dollars!!! The material is soft, but I wouldn’t take the chance to dry them after I wash them. Love the little tassels on them! I did end up sizing up a whole size on these.
I love the colorful tassels on this Top and think it’s a perfect summer top! The material was more of a dri fit type of material, which I wasn’t expecting. But I didn’t mind it either, it’s comfy and fit fine on my body! I did size up an entire size.
This last Top I threw in my cart last minute, for $7 and I was glad that I did, it fits well, and was a perfect top for my vacay!
I have to say I am pretty impressed with Shein’s prices, and clothing! Shipping took about a week which was also faster than I had anticipated. I definitely plan on ordering again from them!
A few pointers to keep in mind:
- Read reviews
- Look at the sizing chart
- Purchase trendier items that may be in for only the season from Shein, not investment pieces
- I would recommend not putting these items in the dryer
Happy Shopping Ladies!!😃
